Hexakai Accounts Are Here
Hexakai now lets its user create accounts and synchronize their data across devices! This feature is currently in beta -- if you run into any issues, please let us know through the contact form and we'll get it sorted out.
What's New
Hexakai now supports user accounts and data synchronization across devices. If you use the same email across multiple sign-in methods, your achievements, stats, and settings are automatically linked each time you open the app, whether you're playing on an Android device, Apple device, or a web browser.
What Syncing Gets You
Once signed in, the following are synchronized across every device where you're logged in:
- Achievements -- Every achievement you've earned is stored with your account. When you create a new account, any achievements you've already earned will also be synchronized.
- Stats -- Your completion counts, solve times, and win streaks carry over so your track record stays intact no matter where you play.
- Settings -- Preferences like theme and display options follow you from device to device.
All of this happens automatically in the background. Just sign in and play -- your data will be there.
How to Get Started
- Head to the Account page
- Create an account with an email and password.
- That's it -- your progress will begin syncing immediately.
If you've already been playing without an account, your existing local data will remain on that device. Going forward, any new progress will be saved to your account and available everywhere you sign in.
Data Safety
We don't collect any of your personal data. We only use your email for login purposes, and we'll never sell that data.
Beta Disclaimer
This feature is in beta. While we've tested it thoroughly, there may be edge cases we haven't encountered yet. If something doesn't look right -- missing stats, a sync that didn't go through, or anything else -- please reach out. Your feedback helps us improve.
